I will be needing help for organizing and moderating the upcoming tournament for the conduit. I've been involved with clans for the past 10 years and I know what it takes to run a highly organized clan and organization. My requirements are strict and demanding. Once the tournament is over I will continue to have more tournaments and a website dedicating it self to tournaments with prizes all revolving around the conduit.

Requirements
You have to be at least 18 years old, no exceptions
Must have at least 1 year of competitive online experience
knowledge of the gaming industry is a plus
Easy going, mature attitude
Able to take orders and follow them without procrastination
knowledge of the wii gaming community a plus
web design a plus
programming a plus

But most important I need someone with ambition and determination. This is something that will be a work in progress for the next year and I need someone who will follow through with me for a year. I have experience with tournaments and hosting them, I have hosted large online tournaments with Brawl. I have all the credentials needed, and honestly there probably isn't a better person out there than myself. I am ridiculously good at advertising, and I am well known in the online community. If you find someone better than me, props to you. Because I doubt they exist. Overall, I assure you my assistance will benefit you probably more than you can imagine.
